All homeowners in The Liberty Grand Villas are members of The Liberty Grand Villas Condominium Owners Association (COA). The Monthly Assessment is paid by all members, and the fees contribute to the upkeep of The Liberty Grand Villas' common elements. The current board members are as follows:

- Work orders may be entered on behalf of the community if you notice an issue that needs to be repaired, for example, a maintenance issue in the Clubhouse.

- Address a true emergency in your home by acting as if you were not a part of a COA.
- For example: Water leak - call a plumber; Fire – call 911; Call your insurance company.
- Once the emergency has been addressed, notify Towne Properties via the after-hours phone line / messaging at (513) 489-4059

- Purpose: Organize social events for the community
Girls Night Out

- Purpose: Organize dinners for women of the community at local restaurants
Holiday Decorating Elves
- One-Time event. At the September board meeting, we will advise homeowners that we will be requesting help to put up this year’s decorations.
- Coordinator: Mark Butz
- Purpose: Organize set-up and take down of clubhouse and outside decorations
